Terms and Conditions

Session Details
‍
• Session Length are 60 minutes (unless agreed otherwise)
• 1-to-1 or small groups up to 4 students.
• Weekly sessions are recommended.
• A short break is allowed for longer sessions (1.5+ hours)

Fees & Payment
‍
• All payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
• Sessions are paid for in advance.
• Invoices are issued upon request.Cancellations & Missed Sessions
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours’ notice will lead to the full session fee charged.
• If one of our tutors cancel, no charge will apply and we will offer a reschedule.
• Frequent cancellations may result in loss of your regular time slot.

Safeguarding & Safety
‍
• All tutors hold a valid enhanced DBS check for working with children.
• Students must be collected on time after the session.
• Parents are welcome to stay for the first session or wait in a nearby area.
• The tutoring space is kept safe, clean, and secure.
• In-person lessons will have a Ring camera in the room for the security of both tutor and student.
• Student Expectations•Be ready to focus and engage positively.
• Regular practice outside sessions is encouraged to maximise improvement.

Progress & Feedback

• Informal feedback will be sent at the end of sessions.
• Written updates available upon request (monthly summaries)
• Mock exams or progress assessments can be arranged.
